Ayurvedic Warm Oil Treatment  

Profoundly calming, this warm oil treatment from ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine will leave you relaxed and centered.  Warm sesame oil is caringly applied to the body in specific patterns to assist in balancing and detoxifying the body while helping to remove accumulated fatigue and stress from the mind.  A warm body compress completes this treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

A very gentle, slow moving and pumping techniques that aide in moving along stagnant lymph enabling toxins release. Swelling in the extremities and sinus pressure can also be alleviated.  Also, recommended for post surgery clients with assisting in excess fluid retention, pain and pressure relief.  We recommend in series.
