Medical Condition |
||
Please notify us in advance if you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or are currently on Retin-A, Accutane or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser, microdermabrasion or plastic surgery, or metal implants. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment(s). Every client will be asked to fill out a brief medical questionnaire prior to receiving services. Too best serve you, please update with us as often as needed of any new changes in medications and/or conditions. |

Reservation & Cancellation |

As a courtesy, Le Spa confirms your scheduled appointment approximately 48 hours in advance. The services you have selected are especially reserved for you. At our discretion, reservations may require a credit card or a Le Spa Gift Card. “Same day cancellation” will result in a 50% charged of service(s) reserved. “No shows” will be charged full price of reserved service(s). Group reservation – a 50% deposit will be required to reserve for services for group of three or more. |

Return Policy |

If you are not satisfied with a product, please bring in your receipt for a product exchange or a spa credit valid for any future purchase at Le Spa. We only accept merchandise returned with a receipt and within 30 days of your purchase. All makeup products will be charged additionally a 25% restocking fee. All makeup brushes and jewelries are final sales. All discounted items are final sales. |

Infants & Children |

Le Spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all clients. We asked that children and infants not accompany a parent who is receiving treatment. Children are welcome if they have an appointment for service. |

Valuables |

Thank you for keeping your valuables at home. Le Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property. |

Gift Certificates |

Gift certificates are available for all services and retail items. Gift certificates are available for any service(s) and minimum of $25 or more. Sorry, gift certificates are not refundable and/or redeemable for cash. |
